I’m a little scared to share this

  • Gratitude fills my heart and spills over this morning. Gratitude for the simple luxuries in my present life: 🌺 Waking naturally, rather to an alarm 🌺 meditating first thing and receiving so much love from my flower sisters, and Source 🌺 Rollerblading under a blue sky with a cool breeze on my face 🌺 Time spent with a dear soul sister @charlottethehealer 🌺 The sight and scent of these Lavender greeting me as I enter my home I feel warm, open hearted, abundant, glad, lucky, blessed. What gratitude desires to be expressed in your heart today? Feel it. Luxuriate in it and let it spill over.
  • Solstice sun lights the flowers of a Palo Verde tree. Their glow, in turn, lights my awareness like locking eyes with a lover. My heart basks in the flow of gratitude. Glowing gratitude illuminates and attracts and awe ensues.   • I had so. Much. Fun. this weekend and it all concluded with dancing my butt off at Ecstatic Dance LA. The fun is spilling out of me. Grief is starting to fade into the background as I keep choosing joy and play and exploration. It is powerful and crazy and awe inspiring how my energy has shifted with this focus. I have such gratitude and delight running through me right now (and exhaustion, lol)!!! Here are some take aways I can share if you're wondering how to feel this way: 🍀 Don't run away from pain. Walk into it and be with it until it is fully heard. 🍀 Engage in a morning and evening ritual that feeds and protects your soul and gives you a connection to your intuition. 🍀 Focus on heart opening, playfulness and joy. Which of these three do you need to attend to in your life right now? What kind of support do you need to do so?
  • A Yesterday, today and Tomorrow plant. Have you ever encountered one? They smell heavenly and are covered in these delicious blossoms of white, light purple and violet. Each of these blossoms will be all three colors. They begin as that gorgeous deep violet color, transition to light purple and finally end their lifespan in white. This plant is speaking to me and I'm listening, feeling intently, patiently. Here's what I received in this encounter: 🌷the colors are 7th and 8th chakra. The blossoms are born as dark violet. Message: We are born connected to Source and have an expansive yet intimate relationship with Spirit. 🌷The flowers change to light purple. Message: as we grow, our wide open connect begins to fade as our human logic, senses, customs and mores are on boarded. 🌷Flowers become white: At the end of our lives we ARE completely part of Source. The illusion of our separateness disappears. So beautiful soul, if you are feeling disconnected, disillusioned, or alone, know that the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow plant wants to remind you that you are NEVER alone because you are Spirit too, born with direct connection to Spirit.
  • Wishing you a blessed Beltane and delight filled May day. I feel so connected and gladdened by my Beltane altar which contains clover, dandelion, lilac, chamomile, alstromeria, mock orange and Cimbidion orchids.   • California Poppies in full bold splendor. When these brilliant blossoms storm our desert hills, the result is jaw dropping. You can see the orange from literally miles and miles away. I'm obsessed with them. CA poppies don't bloom every year. They require very specific conditions to come out in full force and so that makes a year like this so so special. Can you feel the sensual wisdom of this flower? Let them light up and power your sacral chakra when you need creative energy, insight or more grounded sexuality.

  • Crimson Hibiscus-- reminding us to be bold, sensual and unashamed. I'll admit, I have spent a great deal of my life feeling the opposite. . . anxious, guilty, fearful. Spirit is conspiring to bring me freedom from living in such heaviness and I'm slowly leaning into my version of emboldened and brazen. What does this Hibiscus evoke for you?
